Overall Purpose of Position : We are seeking a highly experienced Staff Analog Design Engineer to develop advanced Battery Protection ICs. This role offers the opportunity to drive innovation in power management for high-volume consumer and industrial applications.

Primary Job Responsibilities / Duties :

• Design of partial or complete battery protection ICs.
• Architect and implement analog / mixed-signal blocks and macros.
• Supervise and guide layout engineers to ensure optimal performance and manufacturability.
• Collaborate with test, applications, and product engineering teams to bring designs to mass production.
• Partner with marketing and management to assess technical feasibility for new products.
• Support customers by preparing technical documentation.
