Overall Purpose of Position : We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Analog Design Engineer to lead the development of advanced Battery Protection ICs. This role offers the opportunity to drive innovation in power management for high-volume consumer and industrial applications.

Primary Job Responsibilities / Duties :

• Lead the design of partial or complete battery protection ICs from concept to production.
• Architect and implement analog / mixed-signal blocks and macros.
• Supervise and guide layout engineers to ensure optimal performance and manufacturability.
• Collaborate with test, applications, and product engineering teams to bring designs to mass production.
• Partner with marketing and management to define new product concepts and assess technical feasibility.
• Support customers by preparing technical documentation and engaging in design discussions.
