Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Renovation Superintendent at DOCI Companies.
The Renovation Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day renovation projects on-site, ensuring quality craftsmanship, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and adhering to timelines and budgets.
Qualifications
- Project Management, Construction Supervision, and Quality Control skills
- Experience in coordinating with contractors and vendors
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Prior experience in renovation or construction industry
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management , Engineering, or related field
