The Marketing + Communications team shapes and activates strategies and programs that advance the brand, growth, and talent goals for Accenture Federal Services, a leading US federal services company and subsidiary of Accenture LLP.
Our highly collaborative, cross-functional team drives brand positioning in the US federal market, curates digital and client experiences to advance relationship and growth priorities, empowers and positions leaders and subject matter experts, and engages and inspires people and candidates.

You are :
A creative, innovative Marketing Senior Manager who is responsible for marketing strategy, planning, and campaign development for civilian and public safety client portfolios serving the federal government.
These client portfolio marketing programs are essential to helping our client-facing teams advance their positioning, growth priority, and client relationship goals by orchestrating meaningful touchpoints across activities, channels, and partners.
You understand the federal market and love the challenge of designing marketing strategies that are client-centric, industry relevant, and opportunity aligned.
Responsibilities include :
- Partner with the Portfolio business lead, sales lead, and client account leads to understand the business strategy, growth areas, client mission, and relationships and translate those priorities into highly relevant and engaging marketing strategy.
- Design and activate integrated marketing campaigns to support increased brand awareness, differentiation, and consideration in priority growth areas.
- Curate end-to-end client journeys (that incorporate digital, social, content, events, forums) to create meaningful engagement with decisionmakers and influencers.
- Co-create campaigns and activities with Marketing, Media, and Communications colleagues in Accenture Federal Services and Accenture to create greater impact and alignment, and a seamless client experience.
- Infuse data-driven analysis across all activities, and measure and refine campaigns and activities against goals and measurements.

YOUR EXPERIENCE : Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum 12 years of marketing in a professional services, technology, or similar field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Government industry experience or exposure preferred.
- Experience with large matrixed organizations preferred.

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia .
The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
