Job Description

AECOM is seeking an Architecture Intern to be based in Oakland, CA.

This position is expected to begin in June 2024.

• Performs a variety of assignments designed to develop professional work knowledge and abilities, requiring application of standard techniques, procedures and criteria in carrying out tasks.
• Limited exercise of judgment is required on details of work and in making preliminary selections and adaptations of science alternatives.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications :

• Currently in pursuit of Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Design
• Must have completed two years of study in applicable program

Preferred Qualifications :

• Familiar with BIM-Revit, AutoCAD, Lumion or other related CADD software
• A university student that has more than one year of school remaining before earning a degree preferred, these students typically are Sophomores, or Juniors in university
• Successful Interns may be eligible to return for additional internships

• Relocation is not available for this position
• Offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The hourly range for this position typically is $23.00 - $30.00 / hour.
