We are seeking a passionate and experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team in a high-energy restaurant environment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in kitchen operations, food quality, and staff management. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to create exceptional dining experiences through culinary excellence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
- Manage and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Develop and implement seasonal menus that reflect current food trends and customer preferences.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control food costs to optimize profitability.
- Collaborate with front-of-house management to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer feedback regarding food quality or service, addressing any concerns promptly.
- Participate in staff scheduling and performance evaluations to build a strong culinary team.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or in a similar role in a high-volume restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen management best practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
