Reputable firm looking to add a talented Civil / Coastal Engineer to their Chicago office!
Responsibilities :
- Work with team on project oversight (setting priorities, developing objectives, project financialmanagement)
- Responsiblefor project engineering and management
- Completedesign calculations for coastal engineering projects including drainage / floodcontrol, geotechnical / foundation designs, seawall designs, sea grass, beach nourishment, coastal storm impact analyses and coastalstructures
- Prepareclient presentations and manage / develop client relationships
- Preparecontracts and technical documents
- Conductinspections and observations
Requirements :
- Bachelor’sdegree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
- 5+years of completing design calculation experience for a variety of coastal projects
- PElicense
- AutoCAD Civil 3D experience preferred
- Experiencewith business / project / proposal development
Salary iscommensurate with experience.
