One of our clients are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Heavy Civil Foreman .
Responsibilities :
- Ensuring tasks are completed efficiently
- Read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records of materials, project activities, and equipment usage
- Implement and enforce safety regulations on-site
- Monitor project progress and find a solution to any potential identified issues
Qualifications :
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate crews
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction
- Superb organizational and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Preferred Qualifications :
- Relevant certification or experience with wastewater treatment
- Familiarity with basic project management software
- Commitment to quality workmanship and project excellence
