We are seeking an In-Home Night Nurse to become a part of our team! Provide 9-10 hours of nursing care for patient's in their homes.
1 : 1 care. 2-4 shifts a week available. Part time or full time available. Benefits provided for full time employment.
Responsibilities :
- Follow established Plan of Treatment and coordinate with Director for changes
- Work collaboratively with physicians to implement appropriate healthcare programs
- Maintain a clean environment to ensure patient safety
- Follow healthcare policies and procedures
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in nursing field.
- Experience with medical equipment, such as ventilators and trach
- Strong communication and teamwork
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
