Overview
The Pictsweet Company is growing! We are currently hiring dedicated and hard working team members to join our full-time production team in Bells, TN! This is a Monday-Friday schedule with overtime available on the weekends for those who volunteer.
The production facility has a 24-hour operation, so Pictsweet has a morning, afternoon, or night shift that works for your schedule!
Successful candidates will produce quality frozen vegetable products in a fast-paced, safe, and clean environment.
Responsibilities
- Depending on the position, will perform tasks such as sorting, casing, setting up bins, product inspection, removing defective product, and scooping product, clean up, stretch wrap, or busting out product.
- Must follow instructions including company policies, procedures, and safety instructions.
- Must comply with Food Safety Standards (GMP).
- Must keep work area clean and orderly.
Qualifications
- You should be able to work in a cold environment.
- Prolonged periods of standing, bending, pulling, walking on hard surfaces, reaching, and lifting.
- Must work at a fast pace with few errors.
- Require repetitive motion with arms and hands.
- Must occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
