Knowledge and skills required for the position are :
- Minimum of 10 or more years experience in one or more of the following areas : HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing
- Experience in HVAC with comprehensive knowledge in all maintenance aspects
- including installation, repair, trouble shooting and preventative care.
- Experience in residential and commercial maintenance, a plus.
- Ability to read and understand documents such as policy manuals, safety rules, and operating and maintenance instructions.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Basic mathematical skills including ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
