- Design residential alnd commercial electrical layouts
- Follow all code requirements
- Prepare design spec documents
- Design in accord with client specifications and builder capabilities
- Support client relationships
Qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience in plumbing and electrical design
- Proficiency in electrical codes and standards
- Proficiency in plumbing codes and standards
- Knowledge of plumbing systems
- Knowledge of electrical distribution systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and / or 3-D design software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Understanding of project management software
