We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Regional Clinical Nurse to join our team. This position will oversee clinical operations across multiple nursing homes in Pennsylvania, ensuring high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.
Regional Clinical Nurse Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure top-notch clinical practices and compliance.
- Guide and support nursing staff.
- Implement and monitor quality improvements.
- Conduct audits and inspections.
- Develop training programs.
- Collaborate with administrators.
- Resolve clinical issues promptly.
Regional Clinical Nurse Qualifications :
- Valid RN license in Pennsylvania.
- Experience in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of nursing home regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel.
- Proficient in EMR systems.
