We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Onsite Manager to oversee the daily operations of our apartment buildings within but not limited to Monterey Park, San Gabriel Valley, Arcadia, Long Beach, Huntington Beach, & Orange.
This role combines responsibilities in leasing, facility management, and customer service, along with managing online tasks, emergency response, and reporting.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong customer service abilities, and a hands-on approach to facility management.
As part of the compensation package, the Onsite Manager will receive a discounted 1 Bed + 1 Bath apartment located in Monterey Park.
Compensation : $16 - $20 hourly

Qualifications :
- Education : Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field preferred.
- Experience : Minimum of at least 2 years of experience in property management, leasing, or a related role.
- Skills : Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with property management software and online leasing platforms.
- Ability to handle emergencies and make decisions in high-pressure situations.
- Basic understanding of maintenance and facility management.
