Responsibilities
- Issue certificates of insurance and binders
- Report and monitor claims
- Respond to billing inquiries
- Processing renewals, endorsements and audits;, reviewing for accuracy
- Meticulous attention to detail in record keeping, documentation, and scanning.
- Obtaining and ensuring current and accurate information and documenting it per agency standards.
Requirement
- Solid computer and technical skills, including Microsoft Excel.
- Professional office experience, and related insurance experience is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a busy work environment.
