Your role in our team
You act as the lead point of contact for all client matters, maintaining a strong partnership with key clients
You support internal and external customers for account management, quotation, proposal, order entry, and payment
You process customer orders, resolve product issues and warranty and field service requests
You work closely with business development, project execution, and other cross-functional teams
You analyze historical usage and determine balanced in-stock and inventory levels
You identify trends and issues and develop strategies for maximizing revenue
You act as the liaison between purchasing, engineering, accounting, shipping and customers
You maintain SAP data by updating part numbers and miscellaneous records
Your profile
You hold a bachelor’s degree and have 2-5 years’ experience in related field
You are an advanced user of Microsoft Excel and Power Query
You have experience with SAP ERP (preferred)
You drive collaboration with internal and external teams
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
You prioritize customer needs and work well in time-sensitive situations
You apply problem-solving techniques to multi-task effectively and accurately
