Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst / Market Research Analyst to join our team in Springdale, Arkansas.
This position requires an individual with a strong background in data research, particularly using Nielsen CPG (Consumer Product Goods) data, and experience in the retail domain.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive data research and analysis using Nielsen CPG data.
- Gather, analyze, and interpret data related to consumer product goods and retail trends.
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to support business decisions.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to the retail domain.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and consumer behavior to provide proactive insights.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency in all analysis and reporting activities.
- Prepare and present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Market Research Analyst, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in using Nielsen CPG data for market research and analysis.
- Solid understanding of the retail domain and consumer product goods industry.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, or similar.
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Master’s degree in a related field.
