WHAT YOU GET TO DO

  • Knapp’s Vice President Customer Service has overall responsibility for project life-cycle support order intake, budgets, and overall satisfaction of existing Customers.
  • Act as a resource to provide information or determine the most effective way of meeting Customer Service needs of Knapp Inc.
  • Drive implementation of strategic Customer Service opportunities with significant impact to the corporation.
  • Makes Customer Service recommendations critically impacting the financial viability of
  • Provide direction and guidance to Management, Customer Service staff, internal departments, and suppliers on Customer Service-related policies, regulations, and procedures.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities :

  • Act as a bridge between and KNAPP AG (KAG) departments to insure appropriate communication is taking place to allow for smart and efficient Customer Service in support of projects and customers, while at the same time, meeting global Knapp goals and strategies.
  • Collaborate with International Customer Service organization (ICS) in seeking synergies and best practices to develop and implement new methods to improve productivity and customer service.
  • Collaborate with ICS in the process of developing new service products.
  • Manage spare parts inventory including Consignment inventories.
  • Determining KPI’s, analyzing metrics, reporting, and initiating improvements by utilizing business intelligence resources.
  • Work closely with the Customer Service Controller to create, analyze, and track budget and forecasting.
  • Plan, organize, direct, and control the course of Customer Service operations by integrating and coordinating functions and processes.

Working Conditions and Enviroment :

  • Overtime, if required by work.
  • Occasional travel required.
  • Professional office etiquette is required at all times.
