Job Description / Preferred Qualifications

This role reports up to the KLA Service and US Operations Business Unit. The Business Unit is focused on providing the best customer experience for IT Services! You will work with multiple teams both locally and globally in resolving problems and participating in local & global projects.

Top 3 Daily responsibilities :

Take ownership on the local site support, small datacenter with all network and security appliances and limited local servers

Report incidents and issues to central helpdesk and provide local assistance as needed and resolve SNOW requests & incidents

Participate in corporate projects and become the liaison on behalf of IT for Ann Arbor office.

Additional Responsibilities

PC, Network, Storage, and smartphone lifecycle

Requirements (these are the must-have skills, experience, and qualifications)

Strong customer service

Expert knowledge PC, server, OS,

Understanding of Network, Security, ServiceNow

Documentation skills - End user instruction writing

Virtualization experience

Basic understanding of Application Scripting and Packaging

Active directory and SCCM

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 2 years
