JOB DESCRIPTION

HPD Security is currently recruiting for an experienced Field Operations Supervisor in the Seattle, Washington area.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Supervise and oversee Security Agents
  • Conduct regular patrols and inspections of client properties to identify potential security risks or breaches
  • Remain active in reviewing and updating Post Orders for Agent tours
  • Work closely with the Director of Operations and Field Coordinators to understand and assist with needs in the field
  • Demonstrate competency with TrackTik application
  • Train, monitor, and mentor Agents on proper procedures, protocols, documentation / incident report writing, customer service, and attire
  • Provide Agents with feedback and implement corrective actions as needed for lateness, excessive call-outs, failure to comply with post orders and / or tours, uniform compliance, or no call / no show occasions as necessary
  • Identify and acknowledge top Agents for growth opportunities
  • Anticipate training needs, job review and providing feedback to security staff
  • Issue written documentation to Agents when warranted and maintain direct communication with leadership team
  • Collaborate with clients, law enforcement agencies, and other stakeholders to address security concerns and develop effective solutions as needed
  • Respond to and resolve any security incidents or emergencies in a timely and appropriate manner
  • Implement measures to maximize retention by helping to build the HPDS culture
  • Drive HPD Security company patrol vehicle while on duty

JOB SKILLS

  • Strong Leadership and Customer Service skills
  • Understanding of Security, de-escalation techniques, and report writing
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Familiarly with scheduling / monitoring software programs (TrackTik)
  • Ability to hold Agents accountable to HPDS standards, verbally and written
  • Excellent focus, success-driven, team player
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure meeting deadlines
  • Competent with computer skills and phone applications

JOB QUALIFICATIONS :

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Two years of successful experience managing multisite security operations
  • Strong knowledge of conflict management techniques and ability to de-escalate situations
  • Must have a valid Washington State Guard
  • Must have a valid Washington Driver's License and a good driving record; no serious infractions in the past 5 years
  • Must be a United States citizen, including of U.S. territories and / or commonwealths
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
  • Maintain quality performance, attendance, and a professional appearance

EXPERIENCE :

  • Supervisory : 3 years (Preferred)
  • Security : 2 years (Required)

WORK LOCATION : Seattle, Washington Area / Multiple locations / On the Road
