Engineering Manager

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team in the development and execution of innovative projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mechanical engineering, project management, and systems engineering, with experience in manufacturing environments. Duties

• Oversee engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Manage project scheduling and resource allocation to optimize efficiency.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
• Utilize AutoCAD and SolidWorks for design and drafting of engineering schematics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system design and integration.
• Engage in data collection and analysis to inform decision-making processes.
• Conduct research and development activities to drive innovation within the team.
• Mentor junior engineers, providing guidance on technical challenges and career development.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

Proven experience in project management within manufacturing or construction sectors.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and MATLAB for engineering applications.

Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in mechanical design and systems engineering.

Familiarity with CAD software for 3D modeling and design tasks.

Experience with data analysis skills, including data collection methodologies and laboratory experience.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly.

Pay : $80,000.00 – $114,472.72 per year
