We are looking for a Case Manager Employment Specialist Part-Time who exemplifies that mission, and who wants to work for an organization that makes a difference. Are you the right fit?
What will you be doing?
- Manage a caseload and developing a client-centered individual plan for each assigned client
- Be familiar with and maintain all applicable program and agency rules and regulations
- Work with a team of Employment Specialists, Case Managers, QIDP's, agency staff and local employers in developing community employment opportunities for individuals
- Assist and provide support for clients with disabilities in developing positive relationships with community employers
What will you bring to the table?
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- At least 1 year of experience working in behavioral health or experience working with individuals with disabilities required
- A Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services, special education or related field preferred
- Valid IL Driver's License and Auto Insurance required
