Job Description :
A leading national title insurance and escrow company, licensed in 43 states and growing, is seeking two highly experienced Title Curative Specialists to join our state-of-the-art national operations center.
In this role, you will collaborate with national mortgage lenders to obtain information and process refinance transactions.
This is an excellent opportunity to secure a position with a dynamic and expanding company.
Job Responsibilities :
- Understand title examining and resolution of title-related matters for refinance transactions.
- Prepare and examine title commitments for accuracy, identifying any requirements, defects, and exceptions, and work with lenders to clear issues to ensure timely closings.
- Communicate with internal staff and customers to respond to questions related to title curative and related matters.
- Work with clients to help cure title issues and understand national refinance transaction requirements nationwide.
Job Requirements :
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
- Experience in managing and overseeing multiple team members to ensure superior customer service, including timely resolution of title-related issues.
- Strong understanding of title insurance and title clearing.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in responding to and resolving nationwide title-related matters.
