Job Title : Project / Program Manager I

Duration : 03 Months (Possibility of extension)

Job Description :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project / Program Manager I to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various manual tasks, including VIN lookups, data consolidation from multiple portals, and high-volume invoice processing.

This role requires a strong ability to work with Excel and thrive in a repetitive, high-volume work environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform manual VIN lookups and consolidate data from two different portals.
• Review and format receipts, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Set up and prepare bulk invoices for sending to dealerships.
• Manage Last Mile Warranties processes.
• Handle high-volume invoice formatting and processing.
• Escalate any discrepancies in receipts / invoices to the Senior Project Manager.
• Maintain and update smart sheets in Excel.
• Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and within set deadlines.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience of 3-4 years in a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including intermediate-level skills.
• Experience with high-volume instructional work.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in repetitious work environments.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
