Receptionist
W2 Contract-to-Hire
Salary Range : $41,600 - $49,900 per year
Location : Dublin, CA - Onsite Role
Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Receptionist for a 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity in Dublin, CA. This role is onsite, with a flexible schedule between 7 : 00 a.
m. and 5 : 00 p.m., working an 8-hour shift, 5 days a week. If you have a strong background in customer service and switchboard operations and can handle a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you!
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Greet visitors and manage front desk operations efficiently.
- Answer and route phone calls through a busy switchboard.
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments using Microsoft Outlook.
- Maintain and update documents in Word and Excel.
- Handle and distribute mail and manage other administrative duties as required.
- Provide excellent customer service to visitors and staff.
- Assist with basic clerical tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry.
Requirements and Qualifications :
- 3-5 years of receptionist experience in a busy switchboard environment
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong communications and customer service experience
- Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of organization.
