- Administer HR policies across two or more functional areas.
- Collect and analyze HR data; recommend actions to management.
- Process paperwork in line with established procedures.
- Prepare internal communications related to compensation, benefits, or company policies.
- Knowledge of HR concepts and practices; follow pre-established guidelines.
- Work under direct supervision; report to a manager.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in HR or a related area preferred.
