Project Manager Disaster Restoration

Compensation : $90000 $110000per year

RVP is seeking ProjectManagers to oversee restoration projects from start to finishensuring they are completed on time within budget and to clientspecifications.

Responsibilities :

Plan and oversee restorationprojects.

Ensure projects are completed on schedule and withinbudget.

Coordinate with crews insurance adjusters and propertyowners.

Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.

Prepare project reports and documentation.

Ensurecompliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Resolve anyissues or conflicts that arise during the project.

Skillsand Qualifications :

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Proficiency in budgeting andproject planning.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

At least 5 years of experience inconstruction or a related field.

Possess the equivalent of a fouryear bachelor'sdegree in construction management engineering or a related field(preferred).

Demonstrateexpertise and specialized knowledge or skills in Project Managementin the field of Disaster Restoration.

PreferredCertifications :

IICRC Certification

OSHA Training
