- including but not limited to, advising and representing clients in employment-related commercial litigation and employment law advice and litigation (e.
g. drug and alcohol issues in the workplace, EEO compliance, employee disciplinary matters, retaliation claims, sexual and other forms of unlawful harassment, whistleblowing claims, wrongful termination claims).
- Good job tenure; those seeking a long-term fit
- Licensed to practice law in Oregon, WA licensure a plus
