JOB SUMMARY : Diver Chevrolet of Wilmington DE is in need of a part-time receptionist.
The ideal candidate will be a professional and outgoing person with a customer service mindset.
This person is the first point of contact welcoming customers both in person and on the phone.
There are some clerical duties associated with this position.
Responsibilities
- Work Schedule : Monday thru Thursday 4 : 00pm to 7 : 00pm / Saturday 9 : 00am to 6 : 00pm
- Greet all customers coming into the dealership with a smile and be able to direct them to the right person or department.
- Answer and direct calls to the appropriate department or person in a timely and professional manner.
- Basic computer knowledge is needed and ability to quickly learn new programs.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, phone skills and multitasking ability
- Professional presentation (both orally and written)
- Highly motivated with a positive attitude
- Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility
