Job Summary :
We are looking for a driven and dedicated Santa Barbara based Childhood Trauma Treatment Program Manager (CTT PM). Reporting to the Senior Manager of Trauma Treatment, the CTT PM holds a crucial role in planning, organizing, and directing the full scope of operational activities within the CTT department.
The CTT department provides individual and family treatment to facilitate recovery for children and families exposed to abuse, neglect, or violence.
CTT programs foster children's resilience and recovery from adverse experiences. The CTT PM oversees the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of the department ensuring activities are trauma informed, culturally responsive, and aligned with our mission and vision.
Role requirements :
- LCSW or LMFT from an accredited university or college, with a license for at least two years, or Licensed Psychologist from the California State Board of Behavioral Sciences or Board of Psychology.
- 2 3 years of prior or related experience as a program manager and / or as a clinical supervisor preferred.
- Experience working in community mental health and / or working with child welfare preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Comfortable providing constructive feedback to staff.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.
