Randstad is supporting a large healthcare company who is looking to hire a Leave Specialist to join their Human Resources team.

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or relevant work experience
salary : $28.33 - $28.34 per hour
shift : First
work hours : 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities
- Responsible for processing Leave of Absence requests correctly, timely and legally compliant
- Resolves client issues, concerns and inquires
- Fully dcouments all cases in case management application
- Escalates client service issues to Lead, Supervisor or Manager as necessary
