Ready to step into a low-volume, high-impact role where your skills truly make a difference? We're looking for a confident Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive care to all ages in a supportive rural community setting.

Location : Presho, South Dakota

Start Date : As early as June 2 (for SD-licensed providers)

Schedule : 40 hours / week 6-month contract

Setting : Independent, solo-provider role (support staff onsite)

Patient Demographics : All ages Low volume 5-6 patients / day

EMR : Meditech

Experience Required : No new grads must be comfortable working solo

Licensure : SD license preferred Open to IMLC providers
