We are seeking individuals who can perform at a high level to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building a portfolio of client accounts and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

You will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.

Our Account Managers have an OTE of $90k in their first year, with top performers exceeding this and reaching $150-200k by their 2nd year.

Responsibilities :

• Develop, strengthen, and optimize relationships with prospective and existing clients to maximize revenue through discovery and rapport building
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits of our products and services
• Re-engage closed accounts, drive portfolio growth through strategic outbound sales efforts, and acquire new accounts to expand the client base
• Reach revenue targets through client retention
• Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
• Tailor product recommendations to agents' needs and handle objections
• Identify products that best fit each client's individual needs
• Consistently follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, advise on new features, and provide a best-in-class customer experience

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in sales or account management
• Proven experience in relationship management, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Strong attention to detail and effective phone sales skills
• Deadline-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong ability to adapt quickly, learn new concepts, and continuously drive improvement for success
• Insurance or marketplace experience is a plus
• Must be available for in office work (some exceptions apply)
