About The Client :
Our client specializes in delivering top-tier IT solutions. They are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Architect to join the team.
This role requires a passion for understanding client requirements and providing timely, effective solutions.
ServiceNow Key Responsibilities :
- Fully understand and analyze client requirements to provide tailored ServiceNow solutions.
- Gather and evaluate business needs to design and implement efficient ServiceNow architectures.
- Lead the requirements-gathering process, ensuring all stakeholder needs are documented and addressed.
- Participate in proposal presentations, demonstrating the value and capabilities of ServiceNow solutions to potential clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution delivery and client satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, industry trends, and best practices.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 8 years in the ServiceNow platform, with at least 4 years in a ServiceNow Architect role.
- Experience supporting federal contracts is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of successful ServiceNow implementations and customizations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively present solutions to clients and stakeholders.
