Senior Data Scientist
Location : Hybrid (Fort Worth, Ann Arbor), OR Remote
Travel : At least 4x per year to collaborate with teams
Salary : $145,000 - $165,000 (based on experience, 5 years experience around $150-$160k)
About the Role :
We are seeking a talented Senior Data Scientist to join a dynamic and fast-paced team at a leading global technology company specializing in commerce media.
In this role, you will be instrumental in solving complex challenges in adtech by building and deploying machine learning models and statistical algorithms to optimize large-scale data systems.
You'll work alongside cross-functional teams to create data-driven solutions that drive business growth, enhance user experience, and improve targeting and optimization processes across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop scalable machine learning models, classifiers, and tools using regression, machine learning, and optimization techniques
- Design and deploy production-grade models on large data sets to optimize ad delivery and relevancy
- Apply statistical models and forecasting techniques to address challenges in targeting, cross-channel optimization, and A / B testing
- Provide leadership in the adoption of innovative machine learning techniques and data science methods
- Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and product teams to implement and improve data-driven strategies
- Work with large-scale data processing tools (e.g., Spark, Hive), cloud environments (AWS), and machine learning platforms
- Participate in project planning, team meetings, and strategic decision-making processes
Qualifications :
- Advanced degree (PhD preferred) in Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in Python and extensive experience with Spark and TensorFlow
- Strong background in machine learning, deep learning, statistical modeling, and analytics
- Advanced SQL skills, with experience working with large datasets and cloud-based systems (AWS)
- Passionate about using data science to drive business impact and innovation
- Extensive experience with A / B testing.
