Bachus & Schanker, LLC has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Intake Specialist to join its team in the Aurora office.

This is an in-office position. The Bachus & Schanker Experience is centered on serving our clients with the utmost compassion, dignity and understanding.

Responsibilities :

• Talk with potential clients about their case
• Schedule intake appointments when appropriate
• Respond to calls and emails immediately, and without delay
• Ensure database is updated with client information upon completion of calls

Requirements :

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills in person, on the phone and in writing
• Competency with Microsoft Office products
• Ability to organize, monitor, and track numerous activities, events and projects
• Ability to quickly solve problems
• Strong attention to detail
• Discretion in handling and communicating sensitive information
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work under pressure in a fluid environment
• A positive attitude and willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done
• Ability to work independently under tight time constraints
• This position will work Monday Friday, 12 : 00pm to 9 : 00pm

Preferences :

• At least 1 year of CSR experience in a call center environment
• Bilingual a plus!

Benefits :

Compensation range for Colorado candidates is $34,000 - $48,000 in salary, incentive bonuses and benefits. Total compensation is ultimately dependent upon experience and performance.
