Business Office Manager with experience in PointClickCare at Jubilee Hills Senior Living

Our team is passionate about creating a supportive and nurturing environment for both our residents and staff. We are currently seeking an experienced Business Office Manager to join our team and contribute to our mission of excellence in care.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage all financial operations, including budgeting, accounts payable / receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.
- Utilize QuickBooks and PointClickCare software for accurate accounting and record-keeping.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to financial operations.
- Maintain resident trust accounts and ensure timely billing and collections.
- Prepare and present financial statements and reports to the management team.
- Assist with the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
- Manage the business office staff and provide training and support as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Address and resolve any financial issues or discrepancies promptly.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the healthcare or assisted living industry.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and PointClickCare software is required.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
