What You Will Do :
Audit existing Lighting, energy and controls products at customer facilities
Collaborate with ESD manager, Service Center Managers, and construction / industrial outside sales personnel to identify lighting retrofit / conservation opportunities.
Work with existing team on developing and implementing business planning to support the objectives and initiatives of the Energy Solutions Division
Target and grow lighting retrofit / conservation opportunities with identified lighting / electrical contractors
Perform lighting and controls retrofit / conservation audits with ecoInsight auditing tool
Identify ancillary product opportunities and engage ESD associates as required to build a comprehensive, overall solution (i.
e. EV Charging, Solar, VFD’s, etc.)
Work with ESD vendor partners to formulate an audit strategy by building in the most efficient manner possible

What You Will Bring :
- Three to five years of experience in the electrical industry; lighting and energy related sales experience preferred / required
- Ability to negotiate and close opportunities
- Working knowledge of existing lighting conditions and lighting retrofit
- Knowledge of regional utility incentive programs
- Strong communication and marketing skills
- Motivated, self-starter, outgoing, team player, with positive attitude
- Competence with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint)
- Proof of a clean driving record with no major infractions in the past 3-5 years
Physical Requirements and Work Environment :
Frequent use of smart phone and laptop / table
Frequent travel / driving to territory service centers, project sites, and customer locations in Central Oregon and Southern Oregon
Combination of office and field environments
