In this role, you’ll analyze and streamline business processes across departments to drive efficiency and enhance the member experience.
By combining process optimization with project management, you’ll play a vital role in achieving strategic goals and operational excellence.
You’ll lead continuous improvements, boost ROI, and guide leadership on resource efficiency to deliver measurable results.

Required Skills and Competencies :
1. Associate’s degree with two years of Project Management experience, or equivalent work experience.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in business process improvement, project management, or a similar role.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello).
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
7. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
