Essential Duties and Responsibilities : To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following satisfactorily;

Maintains excellent customer relations by keeping up with all in-house and area functions to answer questions and concerns with timely and knowledgeable responses in person and on telephone.
Uses suggestive selling techniques to sell site nights, increase occupancy and revenue.
Preserves responsibilities for all aspects of all departments in the absence of Dept manager.
Supports and works with Leadership team in all aspects of running the Resort.
Supervises the operations of Guest Services, Housekeeping, Laundry, and F&B to ensure an optimal level of service and hospitality is provided to the guests.
Contributes to and maintains established information and communication sources such as department and front desk logbooks in order to enhance department communications and operations.
Conducts regular operations team meetings with all the HOD daily / weekly to discuss routine operational matters, sales targets, GSTS feedback / RSTS feedbacks and action taken for service recovery, and any staff issues.
