How You Will Help Us Make a Difference
In this role, you will have the opportunity to help us create a positive workplace culture for employees and a happy, productive, and welcoming environment for our club members.
Here is a summary of some of our Data Specialist’s responsibilities :
- The entire registration process for all members
- Key registration times : Annual Membership (January), Summer Registration, Extended Teen Registration, Fall Registration and ongoing registration for available openings.
- Maintain scholarship list and documentation
- Maintaining the waiting list and waiting list files.
- Completing all data entry for new members and maintaining data for current members.
- Print New Member Report each month and review
- Review all files for accuracy (ongoing-missing data)
- Maintain office area
- Assist with minimal front desk duties as needed and requested by Club Director
Essential Job Requirements :
- Must pass pre-employment Level 2 background check and drug test.
- This position is Part-Time. School Hours : 315pm 6pm and Summer Hours assigned by Club Director.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid State Driver’s License and must pass pre-employment background check and drug test.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including, but not limited to Word, Excel, Access and Outlook
- Ability to relate with children and parents, highly preferred.
- Strong Organization, Time Management Skills and ability to set Priorities
- Obtain strong Work Ethic, Positive Attitude, High Level of Energy and Flexibility
- Strong communication, Interpersonal skills, and Attention to Detail
