JOB REQUIREMENTS : A manufacturing company located in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, is seeking a temporary-to-hire Human Resources Generalist / Recruiter for their growing team.

The HR Generalist will play a critical role in supporting day-to-day HR functions and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes.
They will be responsible for sourcing top talent, assisting with employee relations, some benefits administration, compliance, and more.
This position requires a hands-on professional with strong communication and organizational skills. Duties & Responsibilities :
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other related matters
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. Develop and maintain a talent pipeline through networking, social media, and other recruitment strategies
- Coordinate and participate in job fairs, career events, and other recruitment activities
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information
- Assist with HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, processing HR documents, and updating HR databases
- Support employee relations by addressing inquiries and providing information regarding HR policies and procedures
- Support employee relations efforts, including conducting investigations and resolving conflicts
- Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll Requirements :
- 3+ years of experience in HR or recruitment role
- Bi-lingual Spanish highly preferred
- Strong organizational skills; written and verbal, with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software (preferably Paylocity)
