Overview
Perform a wide variety of clerical tasks to plan, schedule, and coordinate dealer training hosted onsite, online, and in the field.
Prepare and provide appropriate support materials and communication, both verbally and in written form, to dealer network.
Document training activities electronically. Manage back-end software systems such as Salesforce, Brainshark, and Centralpoint.
Arrange and coordinate special events.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for coordinating dealer training requests and events by supporting with communications, enrollments and registration, travel, transportation, tours, meals and facilitation of events
- Arrange and set up training materials for in-person training (name tags, documents, access badges, etc.)
- Monitor training inbox and public resource calendars using Outlook and TEAMS, and process in-coming training requests via phone, email, and dealer request forms
- Create / edit / manage needed EUP, templates, and video tutorials
- Responsible for dealer surveys process including compiling results
- Utilize various technology resources to create meetings, update or modify users, report on exam results, and run data transfers after receiving training certificates
- Create Zoom Meetings for Dealer training and all-employee meetings and record / edit as needed for sharing
- Confirm documentation / manage contacts, opportunities, and templates in Salesforce
- Update Training Department intranet page and manage Training Department planning documents
- Responsible for tracking department key performance indicators
- Responsible for submitting IT and Maintenance support tickets
- Order supplies and training materials and track for budgeting purposes
- Order, set up, and clean up food for trainings and various department or company meetings
- Coordinate company events (all employee meetings, retirements, blood drives, etc.)
- Continuously look for opportunities to improve processes and dealer resources
- Provide Executive Team and other administrative support for the organization, as needed
Qualifications
Education and Experience :
High school equivalent education required, plus 3 5 years related experience.
Skills and Abilities :
Operate in highly organized fashion. Read, analyze, and interpret a variety of information, such as technical procedures, business correspondence, and governmental regulations furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
Create business-level written correspondence and verbally present information to internal and external customers.
Requires expert computer skills, job-related software skills, MS Office proficiency and the ability to operate a variety of standard office equipment.
