We are seeking a diligent and meticulous Facility Attendant to ensure our gym remains spotless and well-maintained.

Position Overview : The Facility Attendant will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness throughout our facility.

This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to providing a hygienic environment for our members.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for cleanliness and a proactive approach to facility maintenance.

Key Responsibilities :

Cleaning Duties : Includi9ng but not limited to, thoroughly clean and sanitize all areas of the gym, including workout equipment, locker rooms, restrooms, and common areas.

Use appropriate cleaning products and techniques to ensure high hygiene standards.

• Maintenance Checks : Regularly inspect and maintain the cleanliness of gym equipment. Report any issues or needed repairs to the appropriate personnel.
• Waste Management : Empty trash cans, dispose of waste, and ensure proper recycling practices are followed. Keep waste disposal areas clean and organized.
• Supplies Management : Monitor and restock cleaning supplies as needed. Ensure that cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored.
• Facility Upkeep : Perform routine cleaning tasks such as mopping floors, dusting surfaces, and washing windows. Address any spills or messes promptly.
• Health and Safety : Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe and sanitary environment for members and staff.

Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues to management.

Qualifications :

• Experience : Previous experience in a cleaning or custodial role is preferred. Experience in a fitness or recreational facility is a plus.
• Skills : Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and products.
• Attitude : Reliable, diligent, and committed to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. Ability to handle physical tasks and perform cleaning duties efficiently.
• Physical Requirements : Ability to lift, carry, and move cleaning supplies and equipment up to 50 lbs. Capable of standing, walking, and performing cleaning tasks for extended periods.
• Education : High school diploma or equivalent.
