We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Employment Law Attorney in Salem, New Hampshire. As a significant contributor to our team, your role will primarily involve reviewing labor and employment law matters, preparing necessary legal documents, and coordinating with other attorneys and operations directors.
This position is within the legal industry and requires a good understanding of New Hampshire labor and employment laws.
Responsibilities :
- Review and analyze labor and employment law issues
- Prepare and review legal documents related to employment matters
- Collaborate with other attorneys and the operations director
- Handle matters related to non-compete agreements
- Handle claim administration and complaint handling processes
- Use your knowledge of employment law to guide decision-making
- Work on civil litigation cases as required
- Handle class action and employment law issues for both employees and employers.
- Must possess a law degree from an accredited law school and be admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Demonstrated experience in Employment Law, specifically both for employee and employer.
- Proficiency in using Case Management Software and Document Management systems.
- Skilled at drafting legal documents and briefings.
- Experience in Civil Litigation and Claim Administration.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Should be able to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion.
- Must have strong negotiation skills.
- Should have the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
