Responsibilities :
- AssistsDirector of Recruiting with administrative tasks including but notlimited to : planning meetings answering phones schedulinginterviews calling references keeping up to date calendars andresearching solutions.
- Administersemployment / recruitment activities assuring that properly qualifiedemployees are recruited to fillpositions.
- Understands the talentneeds of the business and responds accordingly. Identifies talentissues before they affect thebusiness.
- Participates innewemployee orientation and onboardingactivities.
- Communicates withapplicants during recruitment / onboarding process via email textphone calls and other messagingapps
Qualifications :
- Ability to provide a highlevel of customer service and establish and maintain effectiveworking relationships.
- Ability toplan organize and manage multiple tasks as well as ongoingprojects.
- Requires welldevelopedcritical thinking problem solving analytics customer serviceinterpersonal and influencingskills.
- Ability to build strongpartnerships and work collaboratively with managers and employeeswith varying backgrounds andcultures.
- Manage multiple prioritieswith frequent interruptions.
- Abilityto handle confidential and sensitive companyinformation.
- Proficient knowledge ofMicrosoft Office and general officeequipment.
- Must be able to make fairunbiased decisions and stay level headed in difficultsituations.
- Must be able tocommunicate effectively both verbally and inwriting.
- Must be able to quicklythink a problem through and make authoritative autonomousdecisions.
- Must maintain aprofessional demeanor and be able to work with all levels ofemployees.
- Bachelors / Associatesdegreepreferred.
