A company is looking for a ServiceNow Business Systems Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements to create user stories and acceptance criteria
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize ServiceNow solutions and maintain technical integrity
Support the Development Team and Product Managers in managing the backlog and ensuring clarity of tasks
Required Qualifications
Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field preferred
ITIL4 Foundation experience and / or certification
2 to 4 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform as a technical analyst or admin
Experience working in agile teams is required
Broad understanding of ServiceNow modules, particularly in Request Management
