Wehave exciting opportunities for Speech Language Pathologists tojoin our team in partnership with a top Arizona schooldistrict.

SLPsuse specialized training in speech pathology to Assess diagnose andtreat language and speech disorders. Through continual speechtherapy sessions a speechlanguage pathologist can providetechniques and exercises to diminish and improve linguisticchallenges.

Thisis an ideal opportunity for SLPs to expand their experienceproviding speech therapy and active treatment services to apopulation of students with complexneeds.

• Prepareengaging exercises and activities to use during speech sessionswithstudents
• Providecounseling and consultations for newpatients.
• Creategoals and objectives for students to work toward and identify areasof progress andchallenges.
• Overseespeechlanguage pathologist assistants and support their fullscopeunderstanding of how to manage anoffice.
• Preparespeech pathology equipment and exam room ensuring propersterilization and safety procedures arefollowed.
• Reviewthe students file before their appointment and have a clearunderstanding of the challenge to beaddressed.
• Attendcontinuing education courses and work to advance personal knowledgeand experience within thefield.
• Requestand organize written authorization from students involving specificfollow up instructions and goals forimprovement.

Requirements

• Mastersin Speech Language Pathologist or other relevantdegree.
• Musthave Arizona Certification with Speech Language Pathologistendorsement
• Candidatesmust be willing to support a friendly positive and professionalenvironment and work in a fastpacedsetting.
