We are looking for a results-oriented and client-focused SAP Account Executive to join our team. This role is critical in driving growth through managing and expanding relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and delivering SAP solutions that add value.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in SAP sales or account management, excels in relationship building, and is knowledgeable about SAP consulting service

Key Responsibilities :

Customer Relationship Management :

  • Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their unique business challenges and goals.
  • Act as a strategic advisor, providing clients with insights and recommendations to enhance their use of SAP solutions.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to review progress, address challenges, and discuss future needs or solution enhancements.

Account Management :

  • Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts, ensuring retention and satisfaction through proactive engagement.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to identify growth opportunities within current accounts and drive revenue expansion.
  • Monitor account health, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure seamless delivery of services and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions and services that align with client expectations.

Sales and Business Development :

  • Meet or exceed sales targets by identifying and closing new business opportunities for SAP consulting and services.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential opportunities, including upsell and cross-sell options within existing accounts.
  • Lead contract negotiations, coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders to secure favorable terms and timelines.

Consulting Services Knowledge :

  • Maintain a strong understanding of SAP’s offerings, including S / 4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, and other key solutions, to address client needs effectively.
  • Work closely with consulting teams to align client needs with SAP capabilities, enhancing solution relevance and customer satisfaction.
  • Support clients through the planning and implementation of SAP solutions, providing guidance throughout the SAP journey.

Cross-Functional Collaboration :

  • Partner with consultants, project managers, and other internal stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of SAP projects.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to ensure alignment on client messaging and solution updates.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 8+ years of experience in SAP sales, account management, or consulting services, preferably in a client-facing role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a technology or consulting environment.
  • Strong understanding of SAP solutions and consulting services, with an ability to articulate their business value.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel as required to meet with clients and support engagements.
