RiverSpring Health provides a full range of care solutions including nursing home care, managed long-term care, assisted living programs, senior housing, rehabilitation services and specialized services such as elder abuse prevention and memory care.
Collectively, RiverSpring Health empowers over 18,000 patients, residents and members to live forward every day. Hebrew Home at Riverdale is looking for a per diem Clinical Reimbursement Manager to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities :
This position will be responsible for the assessment of the residents using the minimum data set (MDS), supportive documentation and executing the resident assessment instrument (RAI) process.
Qualifications :
The successful candidates must have a valid NYS RN license; Bachelors degree in Nursing required, masters degree preferred.
Three years experience in coordination of facility reimbursement and maximization a must. Completion of NYS PRI assessor program preferred;
RAC-CT preferred. Knowledge of Medicare guidelines and MDS, federal and state requirements a must.
Compensation Range : $90k-$105K
